Create Category Widgets
First of all create your widgets from widget section from wp-admin >> Services (left menu) >> Category Widgets Settings
Create new widgets with proper title so it will easy to manage in future.
Manage new created widgets area from wp-admin >> Appearance >> Widgets….
Category Admin widgets Settings
Go to wp-admin >> Services >> Category >> Add/edit >> See category widgets settings for sidebar — where you can see two widget settings one for above sidebar & second for below sidebar.
From widget select box you can see the list of all widgets that you have already created…
Display Category On front-end
Once you have set the widget settings, you can see how your widgets area display in sidebar above and below the category sidebar.
Tags Admin widgets Settings
Go to wp-admin >> Services >> Tags >> Add/edit >> See category widgets settings for sidebar — where you can see two widget settings one for above sidebar & second for below sidebar.

Display Tags On front-end
Once you have set the widget settings, you can see how your widgets area display in sidebar above and below the category sidebar.
It is almost similar like category process and look.
